Acoustic Beamforming with mirror effect
Presented below is an example of our standard AcVS along with 8 SpyFrame assembled together to form a 3 m by 1.5 m antenna with 64 microphones distributing for virtual mode ( or mirror mode, or half space mode).
Activating Virtual mode, that expects a perfect reflection on the ground, the size of the real antenna is multiplicate by 2 and the number of microphones too, 64 units become 128 for the calculation by virtual mode.
Virtual mode is applicable too with 2 SpyFrames 75cm X 150cm becomes an antenna 150cm X 150 cm and taking account in the calculation a number of microphones multiplicate by 2.
